A great example of how Marimekko patterns defy time & fleeting trends to prove that you can successfully juxtapose Modern elements with biomimic ideals. The 'Tuuli' pattern, one of my favorites, is the perfect example of how timeless graphic patterns have the power to translate into varying elements of design; from fashion to home accessories, to anything your mind can think of with their fabrics.
